2. Refund and Exchange Policy

    •    Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

    •    Conditions: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    •    Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details.

    •    Exclusions: Personalized or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

​3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    •    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    •    We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping and Delivery

    •    At Swish Fragrance, we take pride in our efficient shipping methods, careful packaging, and transparent costs. We deliver same day within Accra if orders are received before 9:30 a.m and next day if orders are received after 10 a.m . Orders outside Accra are sent out same day and received the next day. Please follow up after 24 hours of making your order if you haven’t Received your parcel yet and allow upto 3 days maximum in cases of delayed parcels. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays.

    •    International delivery times may vary.

    •    Tracking: All orders come with tracking information for your convenience.

    •    Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
